Spotted every where this summer; on celebrities, runways, and stores. I personally LOVE it, its so multi-functional. you can fancy it up with a blazer, skirt and heels. or dress it down with a pair of ripped jeans and tods. and even though this trend was massively spreading out through the summer, i believe we're gonna see it around for a while, fall-winter-AND- spring!
