EMERALD.

Emerald

Through out history, the color green embodied so many different things. In ancient Egypt; green was symbolic of resurrection and immortality. In other times, it was used to describe someone young, inexperienced or gullible.  During the medieval period, green was portrayed in stories as representation of love.  Over the times, it became accompanied with death, decay and evil. It was known to signify witchcraft. Shakespeare wrote of "the green-eyed monster". And Sappho, the Greek poet, was one of the first to connect green with an ugly emotion.

but that's ALLLLL bound to change, as EMERALD this season is one of the hottest trends.

This gorgeous jewel tone is a must have for this fall. Gucci paired it with its famous gold python belt. DVF was daring enough to put it on head to toe, and it was seen at the Dolce & Gabbana fashion show as a sequined dress. but how can YOU wear it? with cool neutrals such as navy blue (your daily jeans) or pair a silky emerald top with a reliable black suit. and if your daring enough, you can follow designers and pair it with fuchsia or yellow and do some major color blocking.
